From Calm Birth to Confident Parenting
Parenthood can be deeply rewarding—and deeply overwhelming. Whether you’re preparing to welcome a new baby, adjusting to life postpartum, or navigating the emotional demands of parenting, support matters.
As a certified birth worker and former midwifery student, I have partnered with certified hypnobirthing educator Sonja Bjelic to offer a wholistic birthing package to support new or experienced parents through the emotional, mental, and nervous system challenges that often accompany this season of life. Hypnobirthing : The Mongan Method is an evidence based childbirth education class and proven technique that includes mindful breathing, relaxation, visualization and meditative practice.

How Hypnosis Supports Parents
Hypnosis is a powerful tool for helping parents reconnect with calm, confidence, and inner resilience. Sessions are tailored to your individual experience and may help with:
Parenting stress, burnout, or loss of identity
Stress or overwhelm related to parenting
Fear or lack of confidence around pregnancy, birth, or medical procedures
Processing a difficult or traumatic birth experience
Postpartum emotional adjustment
Confidence in decision-making
Preparing emotionally and mentally for birth
Hypnosis works by gently guiding you into a relaxed, focused state where your nervous system can settle and new patterns of thought and response can take root.
