Tree is the director of Hypnosis Training Canada and author of “I’ll Do it Myself Dammit - Signed, Your Nervous System”.

What to Expect in a Session

Each session begins with a free screening — getting to know your experience, goals, and concerns. From there, you will be guided into hypnosis at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You remain aware and in control throughout. Many clients describe sessions as deeply restful, grounding, and empowering.

Sessions are offered in-person and online.
